Clients & retailers included Macys, PACSUN, Tilly's, Target, CCS, Walmart & Rue 21
Designed the entire collection, sourced and chose all elements & fabrications, determined sky counts & line plans, designed repeat prints & developed color ways with partner factory in Hong Kong & China. Sourced all fabrications & delegated dyes & prints to factories. Sketched silhouettes, did specs & managed tech pack creation of all styles & then put into Centric, WebPDM & internal systems for tracking & costing. Created color CAD line sheets for buyers & internal teams to track, manage, report on and sell line while developing sample line. Took development trips to Hong Kong & China to work with factories & wash houses directly, sourced items for next season, and commented on in work prototypes from prior seasons, as well as approved/commented on production styles as needed in person. Went to fabric mills to source new resources and connect with new agents. Toured factories and wash houses with in work styles as well as new options. Fittings for all prototypes once received and comments made. Designed, created graphics, did technical callouts and sourced paper elements for all branding and tags for each line. Designed and managed technical aspects of sourcing and creation of all custom hardware for each collection, as well as woven, printed or embroidered tags and care labels.
